100% Money Back Service Guarantee

It is our goal at Gordon Salons that every guest walks out the door feeling nothing less than WOW. We are willing to go above and beyond to make this happen. If you are not satisfied with your hair, we are happy to redo it, at no cost to you, or give you an in-store credit for a future service. We are also willing to provide you with a full service refund equivalent to the value of the service, if you choose to forgo the first two options. When you opt to receive a monetary refund we kindly ask that you do not return to any Gordon location. All Gordon Points accumulated will be forfeited and your information will be removed from our future informational and promotional mailing lists.

If something does go wrong we appreciate the opportunity to make it right.

Arrival
To ensure your Gordon experience is as soothing as possible, please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This way, you’ll have time to relax with a beverage of your choice.

Parking
Our Highland Park and Chicago hair salons are located in high-traffic areas. Please give yourself a few extra minutes to park. For parking suggestions for individual locations, click on Lakeview, Highland Park for additional information – or call the salon and we’ll be happy to help.

Appointment Cancellation
Gordon Salons adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge you $25.

Appointment Confirmation
Because we recognize the value of your time and hours, we will contact you 48 hours in advance to confirm your appointment. Please provide us with a phone number that is the best way to reach you when you make your appointment.

Gratuity
Tips are greatly appreciated.  Gordon Salons & Spas does not allow cash back on debit, credit card or checks for any reason.  Service providers can accept gratuity in cash or check.

 

Returned Checks:
Returned checks will be charged a $30 fee on top of any bank fees.

Returned Merchandise:
Any products or merchandise accompanied by the original receipt and with a Gordon Salon sticker still attached can be returned as long as the product is still half full and returned within a year of purchase. Purchases made with a debit or credit card can be credited back to the original card. Unfortunately we cannot give cash back so purchases made with cash or check can only be returned for store credit

Children:
As a family friendly salon, we welcome children for hair cuts in the salons. However, to maintain the spas’ peaceful, relaxing nature for all of our guests, no children are allowed in the spa.

Cell phones:
Please turn off your cell phones when entering our salons and spas to maintain our serene environment.

Pets
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, please do not bring pets into our salons and spas. As always, though, service dogs are welcome at any time.
