The Gordon Approach
Most of the high-end salons in Chicago are "departmentilized." They have dedicated colorists and dedicated stylists, one person to do your hair cut and a different person to do your hair color. We think this is wrong! We think it is an approach that leads to a disconnect between the cut and color, along with cookie-cutter looks. At Gordon Salon, every one of our stylists is trained in both cut and color. They design the cut and color to work together, customizing it to work for you. This artistic approach allows the stylist to be fully creative without the constraint of another person's schedule or agenda.
