At 16 my first job was at a salon as an assistant. I quickly grew to love the salon environment and knew this was the path for me. I loved seeing the relationships built amongst stylists and their clients. Above all, to see how great the stylists helped each individual feel, that to me is the best gift you could ever give someone. And now, everyday, I get to do just that!
Robin
Master Stylist
Robin feels confident she can provide a stylish, personalized, and confidence boosting haircut to anyone sitting in her chair. After a thorough consultation with her clients, she is able to customize their color and cut to them. In addition to cuts and color, she also loves blowouts, and special event styling.
Josie
Master Stylist

Starting her career at the Aveda Institute of Madison, Josie quickly found her passion for hair. Her purpose as a stylist is to bring out her clients inner beauty through luxurious cuts, custom colors and extensions. Her love of education, and building relationships with her clients help her excel at her craft.

Senior Master Stylist

Allison believes there is always room to learn and grow, and she is an active participant in many continuing education classes to keep honing her skills as a hairstylist. She loves working every day to make her guests happy, and she feels so lucky to be in an industry that she loves.
Gina
Professional Stylist
Gina graduated from The Aveda Institute of Chicago in 2015 and has been with Aveda the whole way.
She loves doing all color services and using highlighting techniques to achieve custom results.
She is excited to have rejoined the Gordon staff and loves to see her clientele! Gina is a Professional Level stylist and is exclusively a colorist at our Glenview location.

Gordon Emerging Artist
I graduated from Douglas J Aveda in 2022 and my passion for hair is only growing! I love making guests feel their best, whether it be freshening up their color, or giving them a fun new cut. I especially have a passion for vivid fashion colors, highlights, blowouts, and alternative haircuts.
