Alexis
Senior Master Stylist
Alexis is no longer taking new haircut requests.
Wanting to explore a creative field, Alexis went to beauty school in high school, joining Gordon Salon right after. The team based culture and educational opportunities encouraged her decision to join Gordon Salon and she has been a part of our team for over 10 years. Alexis loves color services, especially foils, hair painting, and color corrections, regardless of the shades and tones. This comes from her love of projects and long processes that leave a client with their best look.
Haley
Senior Master Stylist

Coming from a history of family members working with hair, Haley has been in the industry for 9 years. She has been with Gordon Salon since graduation from cosmetology school, building relationships with her clients and team members and has grown to a master level stylist at our Wilmette location. Haley thrives on all things hair, but especially loves highlighting and women’s cuts, especially those bobs or medium cuts with layers.
Kailah
Master Stylist
Having been in the hair business since 2012, Kailah considers one of her most important jobs to be educating her clients about Aveda’s plant-powered products. With her tools in hand, Kailah loves working with dimensional color, men’s cuts, and fine hair. It always brings a smile when she is able to make finer haired clients feel full and healthy.
Mary
Master Stylist
Being a mother to 5 boys and their several pets, Mary has a caring nature to make you feel right at home. Having grown up in northern Illinois, Mary earned her beauty license in '08 from Pivot Point in Evanston. She has 12 years of experience as a hairdresser, and enjoys all types of services, but has a special interest in highlights and men's cuts.
Kaylie

Kaylie is an Aveda-trained artist who loves to create looks with her guests. From color to cuts to styles and products she loves to help achieve a hair care routine that works for her guests. Keeping everything fresh by integrating trends is always something she looks forward to. Her goal is to have everyone to leave feeling confident in their look.

Dasity
Emerging Artist
Dasity was always doing hair, fashion, and makeup at a young age. Dasity graduated obtained her cosmetology license in 2022. She enjoys doing color, fashion colors, blonding and any sort of color correction. She loves extensions and offers VoMor hair extensions applications. She does updos and special occasion hair. She also does amazing makeup application to make your special day even better! She wants to make everyone feel and looks like their best selves when they leave her chair. Specializing in highlighting, balayage, and long layer haircuts, I revel in the transformative power of these techniques. I'II create stunning looks that accentuate individual features and enhance natural beauty.

As long as I can remember I have always been interested in art, fashion and photography. In my teenage years I would assist with special occasion styling and found art in every curl and style we created. As my passion for hair and makeup grew, I decided to go into Cosmetology school. I graduated from Mario Tricoci in 2022 and that’s where my journey as a stylist started. I continue to grow and improve my skills by attending many styling, color and cutting classes. At this moment I am specializing in lived in color, blonding, extensions and styling. I see art and beauty in everything and would love to have you in my chair soon!
